Knorr-Bremse was certified for the first time in 2012 at the company's Munich site with the best results for its excellent working conditions and was awarded the title of "family-friendly company". In July 2021, Knorr-Bremse also received the award for its sites in Düsseldorf, Berlin, Dresden, Schwieberdingen and Aldersbach.
