I always knew that I like to assume responsibility and drive things forward. For this reason, I chose the Management Evolution Program (MEP) as a great opportunity to grow into a leadership position. The MEP thus laid the foundations for my career and my current role as Chairman of the Management Board of Knorr-Bremse CVS.

The projects during the Management Evolution Program (MEP) in our two divisions and my various roles showed me the way of working interdisciplinary within a multinational company. This experience gave me the chance to internalize the networked thinking from the very beginning of my career.

My professional and personal development was a key priority at the beginning of my career. Within the Management Evolution Program (MEP) I had the chance to work with more experienced colleagues and develop my management and leadership skills. Now, acting as Mentor for current MEP participants, I can pass on my knowledge and advise on individual development questions.

The Management Evolution Program (MEP) laid the foundation for my career within Knorr-Bremse. I'm delighted that I’m still working closely with former and current "MEPs" and therefore helping to connect people across generations. In doing so, my team regularly offers projects where current participants of the program are actively involved.
