Biography
Ms. Kathrin Dahnke was born in 1960 in Germany. She completed her studies in business administration at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen.
From 2010 to 2014 Kathrin Dahnke was CFO of DMG Mori AG (formerly Gildemeister AG). From 2013 until 2020 she was a member of the Supervisory Board of Fraport AG, Frankfurt am Main. From 2014 to 2019, Kathrin Dahnke was member of the Executive Board of Wilh. Werhahn KG, Neuss, as well as within the Werhahn Group member of various boards of companies which are wholly directly or indirectly owned by Wilh. Werhahn KG. She has been a member of the Supervisory Board of B. Braun Melsungen AG (now B. Braun SE) since 2016.
In May 2018, Kathrin Dahnke was elected to the Supervisory Board of Knorr-Bremse AG.
From April 2020 to June 2021, Kathrin Dahnke was a member of the Managing Board (CFO) of OSRAM Licht AG, Munich. Subsequently, from September 2021 to July 2022, she served as a member of the Management Board and headed the Finance division as CFO of Ottobock SE & Co. KGaA, Duderstadt, while also holding a position on the Administrative Board. Since August 2022, Kathrin Dahnke has been working as a self-employed management consultant. She was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG, Hamburg with effect from December 1, 2022. In mid-February 2023, Kathrin Dahnke was also elected to the Supervisory Board of Aurubis AG in Hamburg. Effective January 1, 2026, Kathrin Dahnke has been appointed Interim Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG.
