At Knorr-Bremse, we are committed to fostering an open and responsible speak-up culture. We value honest feedback as a driver of innovation, continuous improvement, and ethical business conduct. Speaking up helps us stay on track—together.

Brake and Speak Up. Your Voice Matters.
Employees, business partners, and other stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns through multiple channels:
- Directly to Knorr-Bremse managers or leaders
- Through Compliance or Human Resources
- Via IntegrityVoice, our secure whistleblower system
IntegrityVoice supports multiple languages and offers confidential and, if preferred, anonymous reporting.
All reports of potential misconduct—whether related to business integrity, workplace safety, product quality, human rights, or other violations of laws or internal policies—are reviewed by experienced personnel in the Compliance Department, an independent and impartial function mandated by the Management Board.
The Compliance Department is responsible for receiving, assessing, and investigating reports, and ensuring appropriate remedial actions are taken. Investigations are conducted with fairness, discretion, and the utmost confidentiality. The department operates independently and is not subject to instructions from other functions or senior management.
We take every report seriously and strictly prohibit retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith.
