Biography
Ines Beeck was born in 1990 in Heide, Holstein, Germany. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in English Studies and History at the Georg August University of Göttingen and subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Culture, Language and Media from Europa‑Universität Flensburg.
After completing her studies, she began her professional career in 2018 as a trade union officer at IG Metall Rendsburg and completed the organisation’s one‑year trainee programme.
In the years that followed, Ines Beeck gained extensive experience in advising works councils, dealing with collective bargaining policy issues and supporting organisational change and transformation processes. In 2023 and 2024, she further developed her professional profile through intensive training in coaching and organisational development.
In 2024, Ines Beeck began her work at IG Metall Berlin and was elected Managing Director and Deputy Representative in 2025.
She has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Knorr‑Bremse AG since 2026.
