In our online campaign “Decades of Dedication”, we present ten Knorr-Bremse Group employees from around the world who have been stalwart members of our team for more than 20 years. They represent countless employees across our 100+ locations who have dedicated decades to giving their best – day in, day out. We are incredibly proud of them all, and of what they have achieved.
At a time of change driven by globalization, digitalization and the transformative impact of artificial intelligence, these individuals are the heart and soul of our company. With a wealth of experience, backed by years of loyalty and commitment, they have played a vital role in transforming Knorr-Bremse into a leading technology company and global market leader. Many of them serve as role models and mentors inspiring younger generations.
We believe this achievement deserves special recognition. Through this campaign, we aim to provide our long-serving employees with a platform for sharing their career paths and experiences with us. We would also like to take this opportunity to say a big THANK YOU for their decades of loyal service and personal commitment. They are the foundation of Knorr-Bremse’s success.
Knorr-Bremse – a home for professionals
This extraordinary long-term commitment stems from many factors: the varied nature of the work, the opportunity to take responsibility at an early stage, the unique team spirit… All these things – combined with clear development opportunities and fair, dependable working conditions – have enabled many of them to find more than just a career path with us; they have found what feels like a true “professional home”.
In a fast-moving working environment, it is vital to cultivate a working atmosphere in which our employees can enjoy what they do, feel appreciated, and develop their full personal and professional potential. This is something we are constantly working on, because we know that we can only overcome the challenges of the future with the committed support of happy, satisfied employees.
Decades of Dedication – stories that inspire
At the start of this campaign, we asked a number of questions: What has motivated you to stay with us for so long? What have been the highlights for you personally? And what advice would you give new colleagues as they join us on our journey? We were both impressed and moved by the replies.
